An R package to find fuzzy decision rules for multiple testing of hypotheses with discrete data.
This is the code for the model in Kulinskaya and Lewin (2007). The package can be downloaded or installed directly from CRAN.
The main function is fuzzyBHexact.R. Other R files are internal code, not to be called directly. The package also contains the observed p-values and previously attainable p-values for the two small examples used in Kulinskaya and Lewin (2007).
